City Manager

The City Manager functions as the Chief Executive Officer of the City. Oak Ridge North is a Council-Manager form of government. The elected City Council represents their community in the development of long-range visions for its future and they establish policies for the overall operation of the City. The City Manager is charged with carrying out those policies and overseeing operation of the City. The City Manager also prepares a budget for council's consideration and oversees all hiring for the City. The City Manager services as the Council's chief advisor.
