The City of Oak Ridge North conducted an election on May 10, 2008
to elect persons for the offices of Mayor, and City Council Member Positions 1 & 3.
The election results are as follows:

The official canvass of the returns of the general election held on May 10, 2008 reflects that the
following named persons received the number of votes set opposite their names in the respective positions
to be filled:

Mayor:
Fred O’Connor - 332

Council Member, Position 1:
Donald E. Tucker - 286
Cora Walters - 130

Council Member, Position 3:
James Walton - 345

and that the following persons were duly elected to the respective positions shown:

Fred O’Connor, Mayor
Donald E. Tucker, Council Member Position 1
James Walton, Council Member Position 3
