City Hall Offices Closing To The Public
The City of Oak Ridge North will be closing to the public at 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, in accordance with the order issued by the Governor’s office, to remain in effect until further notice.This effort is being made to prevent and reduce the spread of COVID-19. Click HERE for details
Amended Mayoral Declaration of Disaster
In accordance with Montgomery County Judge Keough's order effective as of 8 AM this morning, the Mayor has signed an amended declaration of disasater for the City.
Court Arraignments and Show Cause Cancelled
Due to the emergency order signed by Governor Abbott regarding the COVID-19 State of Disaster all show cause and arraignments scheduled for March-May 2020 at 4:30/5:30pm have been cancelled. Please contact the court at 281-292-8736 to reschedule.
Park Rentals
Residents, please be aware that for the foreseeable future we will not be accepting new permits for park pavilion rentals. At this time the Office of County Judge Mark Keough order there to be no events larger than 50 at public facilities.

FY 2020 Budget & Tax Rate
THE CITY OF OAK RIDGE NORTH ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE THE SAME TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS AS LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE. 
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 6.67% AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY $17.50.
