City Manager
The City Manager functions as the Chief Executive Officer of the City. Oak Ridge North is a Council-Manager form of government. The elected City Council represents the community in developing long-range visions for its future and establishing policies for the overall operation of the City. The City Manager is charged with carrying out those policies and overseeing the operation of the City. The City Manager also prepares a budget for the council's consideration and oversees all hiring for the city. The City Manager serves as the Council's chief advisor.

City Secretary
The City Secretary is the Records Management Officer and Chief Custodian of all official City records. These duties include: maintaining all records of the governing body; generating and maintaining agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and proclamations; attending all meetings of the governing body and other City-related meetings; composing and publishing invitations to bid, public notices, and legal notices; and maintaining contracts, leases, and agreements.
The City Secretary also administers elections, maintains the city's entry sign, and provides information to the public.
